Sanctuary143 Brings Reinventing the Wheel Art Event to San Diego

Sanctuary 143 Art Collective presents:

Reinventing the Wheel is a group show uniting artists from Southern California, Mexico, Japan, and Cuba to comment on the wheel in its many forms through paintings, assemblage, sculpture, photography, and video installation. Local bikesmiths will display restored vintage bicycles and custom hand-built motor and pedal bikes.

Featured artists include Jeff Faeth, Sandee Manuel, Josh Higgins, Tocayo, Sean Kelley, Keikichi Honna, Stacy Kelley, Sean Ward, Ron Miriello, Amy Burkhart, Mark Klammer, and Jorge Tellaeche.

Acamonchi, stenciled/hand-screened pedicab + Fraser fixed gear bike
Gabriel Salcedo/Bici Bella, restored vintage steel road bikes
Thatcher, custom hand-built motor and pedal bikes
Velo Culture, custom restore
